From your smartphone, search for My Hometown Rewards" in the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
Signing up is simple: Download the My Hometown Rewards app and follow the prompts to register.
Registration is needed to activate your My Hometown Rewards membership and allow you to collect and redeem rewards. If you do not register, you will not be able to access digital coupons or receive other benefits.
An email is required to make you eligible for all the features of the program. Without the necessary information, you will only be able to view normal product discounts. New members will not be able to clip coupons or redeem discounts until the required information is provided.
Customers benefit and receive value from personalization and offers. In order to provide this service, we must collect some level of information. Your personal information will never be sold to an outside company.
Save money on your grocery purchases by logging in to the My Hometown Rewards App, clipping digital offers, purchasing eligible items for your clipped offers at a participating location, and having your cashier scan the barcode on the home screen in the app. Your coupons will apply to purchase automatically.
Digital coupons cannot be doubled.
Tap on any coupon and scroll up to see items that qualify for that coupon. You can also use the Confirm Sale Item" button at the top of each coupon. Simply tap the button and scan the product's UPC. The app will tell you if the item is a match for that coupon.
There is no limit to how many coupons you can clip or redeem in a single transaction.
All coupons are limited to one use per customer, unless otherwise stated in the coupon's terms.
You can use the app at all participating My Hometown Rewards locations.
No, coupons are not transferable.
You CAN login on multiple devices. Please be cautious about sharing your private information or logging in on someone else's device.
I forgot to have the cashier scan my barcode at checkout. Can I still redeem coupons on my purchase?
There is currently no way to apply coupons after you have completed a transaction. Your barcode must be scanned at the time of your transaction.
Yes, your phone number can be used in place of the app barcode.
In the event you have issues with digital coupons, we have the ability to credit your app wallet with funds at our discretion. If you have questions or issues about a specific coupon, please chat with us directly in the app.
After funds have been added to your wallet, your accumulated rewards can be applied to any future purchases. To redeem your rewards, go to My Wallet from the menu, select the "Redeem" button in the top right of the screen, type the amount you would like to redeem, confirm the amount, and a barcode will appear with a 2-minute timer. Hold your phone up for the cashier to scan the barcode and your rewards will be applied to the transaction.
Wallet fund redemptions cannot exceed $15 at one time. The amount of funds redeemed cannot exceed the pre-tax total of your purchase. Wallet funds cannot be cashed out for any amount.
Wallet funds can be redeemed for any merchandise in the store. Rewards cannot be redeemed on fuel purchases, or in WIC transactions.
Yes! If the 2 minute timer runs out before the cashier scans your app at checkout, you can click on the bottom red button and follow the prompts to get your rewards back.
Your Shopping List is for in-store purchase planning. You can search for items, scan a product's barcode, or simply type an item in your list. As you are shopping in store, tap the circle next to an item to mark it as complete. If you no longer want the item on your list, simply swipe to the left on the item to delete it from the list.
Yes! You can share your shopping list by selecting the three dots in the upper right-hand corner of your shopping list. Click on, Sharing," and follow the prompts to email your list to another user.
The My Hometown Rewards app is for in-store shopping and planning purposes only. If you would like to place an order for pickup or delivery, you can do so at Instacart.com, or via the Instacart app.
Login to the My Hometown Rewards mobile app, click the profile icon in the bottom right corner. Click My Profile at the top of the menu to update your information and save your changes.
Accounts cannot be linked.
You can update your password from My Profile or by clicking ?forgot password?" on the login screen. You will receive a password reset link to the email address associated with your account.

You can unsubscribe from email alerts by opting out at the bottom of any email. Please email us at contact@myhometownrewards.com if you need to fully delete your account or have other questions.

The app uses your location services so we can offer a number of benefits:
- Help find a store near you.
- Some digital coupons and sales are store-specific. Set your store location so you always see relevant notifications and digital coupons.
- If your location services and push notifications are turned on, it will send a notification when you enter the store so you can easily pull up your shopping list or scan the app at checkout.
