Apple Fennel Slaw

Ingredients
| 2 | green apples | ||

| 2 | bulbs fresh fennel, sliced thin | ||
|
|
|||
| 1 1/2 | cups | mayonnaise | |
|
|
|||
| Salt, to taste | |||
|
|
|||
| Pepper, to taste | |||
|
|
|||
Directions:
Julienne slice the apple and fennel. Combine with mayonnaise to create coleslaw. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
