1 | lb. | broccoli, cooked, drained and chilled | |

2 | oranges, peeled and sliced | ||

1/2 | cup | sweet red bell pepper, cut into 1/2 inch pieces | |
|
Combine the orange juice, oil, mustard, dill and onion salt in a jar with a lid; Shake well. In a large bowl, combine the chilled broccoli, orange slices and bell pepper. Pour dressing over salad mixture; mix lightly. Chill for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally to blend flavors.
