1 | pkg. | (12 oz.) uncooked fettuccine | |

2 | lbs. | medium shrimp, uncooked and peeled* | |

1/2 | cup | butter | |
|
|||
1/4 | cup | fresh parsley, minced | |
|
|||
2 | cloves | garlic, minced | |
|
|||
2 | Tablespoons | lemon juice | |
|
|||
2 | Tablespoons | chicken broth | |
|
|||
1/2 | teaspoon | salt | |
|
|||
1/2 | teaspoon | pepper | |
|
Cook fettuccine according to package directions.
In a large skillet, saute shrimp in butter for 4 minutes. Add the parsley, garlic, lemon juice, broth, salt and pepper. Cook and stir for 2 minutes or until garlic is tender. Drain fettuccine; top with shrimp mixture.

*If you prefer to use cooked ready to eat shrimp, add the shrimp to the butter mixture at the same time the garlic is added and stir for 2 minutes until warm.
